By using the service, you agree to these terms. The service is provided “as is”: we do our best to keep it running reliably, but we do not guarantee that it will be free from interruptions or errors.

Free access

Five translations are available free of charge. You can receive an additional bonus by scanning the other person's QR code.

Paid access — Travel Pass

• A Travel Pass is a one-time payment for 7 or 30 days of access, or a lifetime Founder's Passport with a fair-use limit of 1,000 translations per month.
• Your Pass period begins when you first use it, not when you pay for it.
• There is NO automatic renewal. We do not charge you again automatically; you initiate every payment yourself.

Refunds

If you have purchased a Travel Pass but have not yet activated it (you have not started using it), we will refund your payment. Full terms are available on the Refund Policy page, and our details are on the Contact page.

Prohibited use

Automated use of the service (including bots, scripts, and scraping) is prohibited, as is any abusive use such as bypassing limits, making bulk requests, or reselling access.

Limitation of liability

Translations are generated automatically and may contain errors. Do not rely on them in critical situations. For medical or legal matters, consult a professional translator.
